Q. Why did you start a loyalty program?
A.We are so grateful for our customers and what better way to show appreciation and build long relationships than a loyalty program!
Q.How are you keeping track of points?
A.There are 3 categories of points we keep track of: Rentals, Referrals and Reviews.
For rental points, those are automatically awarded to you during checkout. You must register for a customer account with your email and a password during the checkout process and it will display how many points you receive for that order.
For referral points, when your friend or family member books with us, the system will ask who referred them. That is the time they must put the person’s name of who referred them. When we review the order and see someone’s name, we award the points to the account manually. Your point balance will display each time during checkout.
For review points, these are monitored through our Google business account and Facebook account. We monitor both pages weekly and once we see that a customer made a review on both within the 10 days from booking, we manually update points.

A.We truly appreciate you recommending your friends and family members to us. When you refer someone, it means you trust in that business, and that trust is something we do not take for granted. This is why 3 points are awarded for putting your trust into us.
Q.If I get to 100 points, is the rental truly FREE?
A.Yes, you really do get a free rental. The only disclaimer, is that depending on how far away you live, you may have to pay a delivery fee. You can choose any of our slides, slip n slide, or bounce houses for your one free rental.
