In the comments on the checkout page please provide the following:
1. Include who you would like the "From" to be on the gift certificate and if you'd like to add any custom message to the back of the gift certificate and we will add that for free.
2. Instructions for delivery of the gift certificate. We can mail it for free or provide in person. Please provide the address.
